Hello and welcome to Baby Massage Wicklow, I hope you enjoy looking around my site. My name is Yasmina and I'm a C.I.M.I qualified Baby Massage Instructor since 2006 and member of Baby Massage Ireland. I have been running baby massage classes since then in the Wicklow area. I'm a mum of two kids, Amélie and Elliot whom have both been spoilt from a young age with baby massage! My four year old today still asks today for massage and she loves the rhymes that go with some of the strokes. Baby Massage is wonderful for babies’ health and the benefits are endless It helps the immune system grow strong and gives baby a deep sense of deep relaxation. This in turn can help establish a great sleeping routine. It also aids colic, wind and teething. The results can be immediate. For mum, it offers bonding time with baby and again produces calm hormones in the body which have a knock on effect for baby. You will remember the wonderful feeling you had when you 1st held your baby? Baby massage produces the same feel good hormones in the body for baby and you. I trained as a Baby Massage Instructor shortly after completing my ITEC Massage therapy qualifications. I'm passionate about massage and I see the health benefits it has had  for my clients. Did you know that 'one adult massage' is the equivalent to 8 hours of sleep? The highlight of baby massage is really having that precious 1-1 time with baby where nothing else matters. It is something you will treasure and can use for years to come and it's truly quite amazing what you can learn from their body language through the whole body massage.
